RETURN POLICY: Should the need arise to return or exchange a Red Hawk Saddlery product, please see our return policy below:

Return Eligibility Red Hawk Saddlery will replace or exchange defective items on a case-by-case basis. To begin the return/exchange process, please call or email us at 740-829-7640, or support@redhawksaddlery.com

Some policies that will span across all returns:  

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the customer’s purchase at your store, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.    

• If the item is defective after use, it does not have to be in its original packaging  

• If the item is fine, the customer just wants to return it, it needs to be in its original packaging 

Return/Exchange Process    

  1. Request return    
  2. Receive return authorization from Red Hawk Saddlery 
  3. Ship the item to Red Hawk Saddlery             
     a. Determined on a case-by-case basis    
  4. Credit issued Shipping Determined on a case-by-case basis
